After buying the company in 2018 Gavin brought over 30 years of experience in print sales covering all aspects of print and production. He has focused on driving growth and bringing new technology and automation throughout the company in line with Industry 4.0 He is committed to providing a first-class product delivered on time every time. Hobbies include cross country horse riding with his daughter but admits he is mostly the horsebox driver knowdays!
Sarah Pinkney - Financial Director
Sarah had mainly worked in the radio media sector before switching to the print industry. Her main roles include keeping suppliers happy with payments and making sure our average debtor days are kept as low as possible. She works closely with the Group's CFO preparing all financial management accounts across the Group and makes sure the cash keeps on flowing. Hobbies include spending time at the stables and supporting her daughter's horse-riding ambitions.
Chris Terry - Operations Manager
Chris has been part of the team for over 18 years and manages all the day-to-day operations of the company from sales calls to making sure the job is produced and delivered to the highest standard when the customer wants it. Chris is a methodical worker and a stickler for detail so you can be guaranteed no stone is left unturned. Hobbies include anything speed-related with an engine to relaxing in his RHS garden with an odd pint of bitter or two!
